Kotlin update flutter 2.10.0

Hello, thank you for the plugin.

After the update of flutter 2.10.0, the library fail to compile

* What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ':flutter_image_compress:compileDebugKotlin'.
> Compilation error. See log for more details

Flutter console suggest this fix

A temporary solution is to add ext.kotlin_version = '1.6.10' to the buildScript of flutter_image_compress's build.gradle file. The gradle file can be found by opening the android module in Android Studio, under "Gradle Scripts".
