Old documentation URLs are referenced in exception message when adding desktop support to existing app

Steps to Reproduce

1. Execute flutter config --enable-macos-desktop on a project that does not support desktop or does not have a macos folder.

2. Run the project flutter run -d macos

Exception is thrown that says

Exception: No macOS desktop project configured. See
https://flutter.dev/desktop#add-desktop-support-to-an-existing-flutter-app to learn about adding macOS support to a
project.

The link does not work anymore with the new website update. It should be redirected to "https://docs.flutter.dev/desktop#add-desktop-support-to-an-existing-flutter-app"

Hi @PoojaB26, I tested this on an old project that does not support desktop and the issue is not reproducible. I'll label this for further investigation

You weren't able to reproduce because the repro steps are incorrect; this message is printed when trying to build or run for a desktop platform that hasn't been added to a project.

(config is machine-scoped, not project-scoped, so cannot even be run "on a project".)
