Steps to reproduce

When working on scenario tests, sometimes screenshots on CI and local machines are off by a few pixels, resulting in test failures, which is annoying to work with.

For example, I remember in this PR, I had to
(1) push the PR with my local screenshot to kick off CI run
(2) then download the screenshot from CI, and replace my local screenshot
(3) resubmit

Expected results

Local & CI screenshot should be the same

Actual results

They are different

Not sure actually. I was thinking it may be related to the software home bar's opacity, but we were using the ones with hardware home buttons (that may be another issue if apple removes support for hardware home button).

This probably isn't actionable without knowing the Xcode version, which specific tests were failing, etc. Closing.
