[skwasm] Platform view starts off to the side of the screen in Wasm (but not JS)

Reproduction

1. load a wonderous
2. scroll down to a video element
3. hit the play button

Wasm - the video iframe thing is off to the side, but fine in JS

Resizing the wasm version seems to fix things!

Has a better workaround been found besides delaying the rendering of PlatformViews?

I believe this should be fixed with recent changes to platform view stuff with Skwasm. @kevmoo can you confirm?

The WASM compatible google_maps_flutter_web code is running great with those changes. There is this issue now though: #152139
