Using color emoji leads to downloading huge font files (Noto Color Emoji). Instead of downloading one huge font for color emoji, this PR uses multiple fonts to cover different subsets of Emojis.
We do that by parsing the font's accompanying CSS: https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Noto%20Color%20Emoji
