How do you guys get call.id?

I mean asterisk has one id format, how exactly can I get the Call class object id from Asterisk id?

I believe there is some work that needs to be done in this library to extract out the Call-ID header for outgoing and incoming calls correctly.
Incoming calls call.id seem to more closely match the call id sent from the server, but it still seems to have a random id appended to it.

Incoming call:

Outgoing call:

When i modified the generated uuid on the client to be a uuid and removed the appending of the from tag the call-ids matched the server. I guess it depends on the server and if it allows non uuid ids
