Incomming accept call does not work for fingerprint missing in TCP Mode

WS Protocall works perfectly,
But my question is when connected with TCP protocol how the sip invite have fingerprint as there is no security to add fingerprint,
for fingerprints, doesn't all use TLS protocol?
