Renames the newly contributed zh_Hant.yaml (Weblate's code for Taiwan Traditional Chinese) to zh-TW.yaml, matching the existing language-REGION naming used by zh-CN and zh-HK.

The translation uses Taiwan vocabulary (列印, 重新整理, 佇列, 組態), distinct from zh-HK (打印, 刷新, 隊列, 配置), so it is kept as a separate locale.

Not yet added to SupportedLocales — currently 7.4% translated; it will be wired in (including the Vuetify zh-Hant locale mapping) once coverage is reasonable.

After merge: rescan the Weblate component and confirm the zh_Hant translation maps to zh-TW.yaml with its strings intact; if not, add a zh-TW:zh_Hant language alias.
