Report the (truncated) range of values for all integer variables after state-space generation

It is useful to know the truncated range of values for each integer variable in the input PRISM model, after STAMINA finishes truncating the state space. This can be done by a post-processing step where it walks on STAMINA's truncated state space and collect the maximum and minimum values for each integer variable.
