fluent-bit integrate Splunk (output) plugin

Currently, the Fluent Kubernetes operator does not support sending logs directly to Splunk. As many organizations(where I work) use Splunk for centralized logging and monitoring, this gap prevents them from smoothly integrating their Kubernetes logs with their existing Splunk infrastructure.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add support for Splunk as an output plugin for the Fluent Kubernetes operator!
To begin with, I would suggest (and take issues on myself) adding a plugin for fluentbit and then for fluentD (I would also take it on myself)

I think that the best thing would be to update the documentation so that no one in the future (as I am now) does not get into such a stupid situation :)
