The commit message for 03a234ff62ef65c791bef76e9437c94027b9e851 contains no Signed-off-by: trailer; .github/scripts/commit_prefix_check.py rejects commits with zero sign-offs, so this release commit cannot pass the repository's commit validation until it is recreated with a DCO sign-off.
