This Pull Request initiates a critical, mandatory change to align this project with the FLOSS Uzbekistan GPLv3 Standard. As per the new community governance policy, all projects must adopt the strong copyleft terms of the GNU General Public License, Version 3 (GPLv3).
To legally complete this license conversion, we require the explicit, irrevocable consent of every individual who holds copyright over code currently in this repository.
If you have ever contributed code to this project, you MUST comment below with the following standardized consent message:

Why We Are Doing This
Strong Copyleft: The GPLv3 guarantees that any improvements or derivative works built upon this project will also be released as free and open source, ensuring all value returns to the FLOSS Uzbekistan community.
Legal Compliance: Without 100% consent from all copyright holders, we cannot legally merge this change. If consent for certain contributions is not received within the review period, that code will regrettably have to be removed from the repository.
We appreciate your cooperation in making this project a legally robust and sustainable asset for the entire ecosystem.
The PR will not be merged until all necessary consent has been achieved.
