- Upgrade to Debian 12 and take rtpengine from Debian repos (https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/rtpengine).
- Upgrade Docker GitHub action to latest version provided by GitHub.
- Enable multi-platform build for Linux amd64, arm64 and armv7.
