- Removed PendingTrackerState - PendingManager.deactivate no longer accepts the argument 'cancel_pending' (pending are always cancelled). - PendingTracker now passes 'add' to the parent PendingTracker (if there is one). - PendingTracker.state renamed to 'active'.
