Could you be more elaborate? What part of TickEvent is broken?

TickEvent should normally be called once every tick (0.05 seconds), but it appears to be triggered much more frequently — almost every frame. This behavior causes several issues that seem related to this abnormal event rate:

In other words, TickEvent is not synchronized with the game’s tick rate as expected, which suggests that the hook may currently be firing per frame instead of per tick.

Yes, this issue only occurs in the latest version (v1.21.111).
