Seemingly random failures to download attachments #2

Hi, I don't know how much you're intending to actively maintain this migration tool. It's super-helpful with bitbucket sunsetting "issues", but I appreciate that also makes it tool with time-limited usefulness, so I don't know if you're planning on doing more with it. Anyway, I'll raise a few issues here flagging things that I have encountered, just in case that's helpful for you.
Sometimes I hit seemingly-random errors when trying to download attachments, for example this error below. Other times when I run the migration tool it will fetch that attachment without any trouble at all, so I don't know if just retrying the URL request on failure might succeed...? I haven't tried to find any workaround, I am just fixing the problem manually if/when it arises.
