Various small improvements and fixes

• Use libproj from Ubuntu 24 instead of manually installing for fixposition-sdk-jazzy:* images
• Use better value for fpa/nmea UNSPECIFIED enum values (so that <> etc. works in more cases)
• Add NovbHeader union for short and long headers
• Allow redirecting logging to ROS1/ROS2 logger using the node's logger name, update demo nodes accordingly
• Update ros2_fpsdk_demo for a better scheme to create and run the node (use same nh/params pattern like in ros1_fpsdk_demo)
• Fix some includes
• Some cosmetics
