Notify Subscribers option should always appear for Maintenance #11
Description
Currently if you're in a maintenance window and you schedule another Maintenance item in you won't get the option to notify subscribers about this. Whilst this makes sense for Incidents it doesn't really make much sense for Maintenance so this should be removed so the option to notify is always present.
