YMODEM loader button trigger doesn't work on LORA-E5-MINI boards

When deployed to the LORA-E5-MINI boards:

The button on the LORA-E5-MINI boards does not trigger the bootloader update mode (through UART/YMODEM) as we'd expect when holding it down and power cycling or pressing the RST button.

As a consequence, application firmware cannot be updated through the bootloader on the LORA-E5-MINI boards.

The button works as expected on the LORA-E5-DEV board.

In release v1.2.0 the YMODEM updater can be triggered by entering command load.

Enter the four characters when the bootloader outputs UART loader check trigger. during its launch sequence. The bootloader will wait 1 second for this code to be entered. This is a workaround for until a specific LORA-E5-MINI board support is added. In the meantime the LORA-E5-DEV board libraries work fine on the LORA-E5-MINI (and LORA-E5-GROVE).
