Sometimes you look at some code and think "is this even used by any profiles in circulation?"
If you have a list of profile hashes, it would be nice to be able to run some checks over those profiles, to answer these questions. This PR is adding such a checker (but you need to provide your own list, in a text file with one hash per line).
