[firebase_messaging] Please update the plugin example regarding its dependencies

Regarding the package flutter_local_notifications in the plugin example the used version is quite old (9.7.0), and there have been made quite some changes there.
I kindly ask you to update the example app and use the most recent version of the mentioned plugin (currently 12.0.4).

@rivella50 The demo app runs fine by upgrading the pubspec.yaml to 12.0.4.
They were no breaking changes to the function we use. Did you expect something special?
