Description
Add support for the vectorConfig in Firestore Indexes, this is similar to the existing 'order' and 'arrayConfig' options that currently exist.
Scenarios Tested
Tested vector configs with and without other existing index field types.
Sample Commands
firebase deploy --only firestore
