Add Details about Spring-Bot Usage on Main README

Description of Problem:

DB are using the bot for Teams "11-12 teams in DB onboarded" - can we add descriptions about throughput and who is using it?

Also, using it for Symphony: 3-4 bots currently live. Can we get some descriptions of these.
