- fix .gitignore files
- move build scripts to kts
- bump dependencies, including kotlin gradle plugin
- gradle properties: remove a property that has a default value and move some constants into the build script for easier usage
- remove unused android-maven-gradle-plugin
- remove unused jitpack file
- add mavenLocal repository for debug builds of the Fingerprint Pro library
