Description
What's the Problem?
The Recycle Bin is the only unmovable favorite. Since Home was moved, this is no longer of interest. It's a favorite like any other.
To the user, this looks like a bug. Yet there is specific code for not being able to move it.
Solution/Idea
Allowed to move Recycle Bin from favorites.
