Description
When trying to move a file that is open to a new directory, nothing pops up to inform you that Files can't do that because the file is in use.
This is in contrast to trying to delete a file that is open, when Files will tell you the file is in use.
Steps To Reproduce
- Have a file in a folder (I have been using the Downloads folder)
- Open that file and keep it open
- Try to drag the file to a new folder (eg Documents, Desktop folder in Files)
- The file move will not happen BUT nothing will tell you WHY it didn't happen (eg because the file is currently in use)
Expected behavior
At step 4, the file move will not happen and a popup will come up saying "the file is in use", like what happens with deleting a file.
