Bug: Progress is shown in decimals even though it increments in integers

Description

The "Ongoing Tasks" viewer is showing the progress in decimals even though it increments in integers.
So it goes from 20.00% to 21.00% and 22.00% without the decimals in between. That makes the decimal zeros redundant.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Copy large item
2. Paste in another location
3. Open status center and see error

Yes, decimals are still shown but not used.

Mines set to English US. Carnt test other ones yet

Yep, that is an issue in 2.3.48.0.
