Feature: Add support for menu flyout on widget headers

What's the Problem?

There isn't any support for adding a menu flyout with widget related options to the widget headers on the home page. To work around this, the flyout buttons are added to the widget content but this causes the button to conflict with the rest of the controls in the widget.

Solution/Idea

A template or way to add a couple menu items to a button in the expanders header should be enough to solve this issue.
