Bug: Local git remotes not detected

Description

For a git repo with a remote that points to a local bare repo, that remote will not show up in the "Remotes" list.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Clone a bare repository
2. Add that cloned bare as a remote to a non-bare repo
3. Open that non-bare repo in Files and observe the missing local bare remote.
