Bug: Address breadcrumbs are misaligned in some screen scales

Description

When you hover over a folder in the address bar, the hover effect goes up to the top border of the address bar but not to the bottom of it.

This one might a bit nit-picky, so I'd totally understand it if you closed this as won't be fixed, but still wanted to share, why not :P

Steps To Reproduce

Hover over a folder in the address bar

Requirements

Make it look symmetrical
