Thumbnails don't refresh in OneDrive after being cached

Steps To Reproduce

1. Clear thumbnail cache in Windows
2. Open OneDrive location with images
3. Notice how only icons are displayed
4. Wait a second and then refresh the location, notice that the thumbnails are now displayed

Requirements

• Refetch the thumbnail if the initial result was an icon
