Bug: Drag and drop from browser doesn't work

Description

Dragging and dropping files from the browser doesn't work
I've only tested files from "Downloads", Microsoft Edge (works in File Explorer)

I searched for another browser drag and drop issue but I didn't find it/I missed it

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download a file
2. Try to drag and drop it to Files

Requirements

Recognize drag & drop

Windows Version

I'm not sure, dragging from/to the desktop seems to be working on my end
