files compatibility toggle switch not working

Description

the toggle and switch setting is not saved in some programs (for example windows update repair tool)

Steps To Reproduce

right click in a exe file
select property
select compatibility
for example active run to administrator

Requirements

• e.g. Fix crash that occurs when...

when you do it from windows explorer it works and is also activated on files. on files does not save the changes, but only with some exe example tcpoptimezer, on other exe it works

Does Windows File Explorer show the admin shield icon anywhere or request it when changing?

since the program is portable, I tried to move it to Programs x86 and now the toggles work perfectly even if the program shortcut remains with the shield both with admin active/deactivated
