System.OutOfMemoryException: Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select media file
2. Display preview pane
3. Play preview?
4. App crashes

I guess some special locations like FTP servers don't support streaming and can cause OutOfMemoryException.

Interesting, we can add check to disable the media preview in those locations.
