Bug: Crash on startup

Description

When I try to start Files on my Surface Pro X SQ2 (Windows on ARM) it immediately crashes with a .NET error and without any further error message. I am running a Windows Insider Beta Channel build. This behavior occurs since at least the last 2 Files releases. Files was installed via MS Store, I tried to reset the app as well as uninstalling and reinstalling it. When crashing, two event log entries are created in the Windows Application event log.

There is no debug log under
"%localappdata%\Packages\49306atecsolution.FilesUWP_et10x9a9vyk8t\LocalState"

I attached the 2 corresponding event log entries from the Windows Application event log.

I don't receive any error.

I'm running 3.0.2.0 with my Surface Pro X SQ1 on Insider Canary (25987.1000).
