Files doesn't activate its window when opening a diretory from Edge.

Description

In Edge, click the download button, and click the "show in directory" button. It's exepcted that Files will open the directory and activate its window. However, Files only open the directory but don't raise the window.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open edge, download anything.
2. Click the download button, then click the "show in directory" button.
