Bug: Icon Resolution Discrepancy in File Explorer when Opening "Downloads" Folder

Description

I've noticed an issue when I click on the "Downloads" folder. The icon displayed in the tab title does not have the same resolution as the one in the sidebar.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click on the downloads folder for example

Requirements

Investigate the source of the resolution difference between the tab title and sidebar icons.
