Bug: Details/Preview Pane doesn't update when switching tabs

Description

The Details Pane isn't updated when switching tabs, instead, it shows the details for the most recently selected item.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select item in tab a
2. Select item in tab b
3. Switch back to tab a and observe that the item from tab b is still selected

Requirements

Correctly update the pane to show the details for the current selected tab.
