Bug: Sort/Group by original folder are not enabled in the recycle bin

Description

Sort/Group by original folder are enabled in cloud folders when they should be enabled in the recycle bin.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open a cloud folder.
2. You see Sort/Group by original folder are enabled but non-functuonal.
3. Open the recycle bin.
4. You see Sort/Group by original folder are disabled.

Requirements

Sort/Group by original folder should be enabled in the recycle bin, not in cloud folders.
