Bug: Deleting files after drag and drop results in double files in the dialog

Description

If I copy a file to the desktop via drag and drop and then try to delete the original file, the file will be duplicated in the confirmation dialog.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Copy a file to the desktop via drag and drop
2. Press the delete button on the toolbar. Don't change the selection state of the file.
3. You will see the confirmation dialog show duplicated files

Requirements

Fix to not show duplicate files.

This occurs when drag-and-drop is performed quickly. When performed slowly, it doesn't occur because the file selection is turned off during dragging. Is file selection always expected to be turned off?
