Bug: Properties Customize page doesnt load icons from file

Description

When selecting and .ico or .exe Files will not load any of them. Loading another .dll will crash Files

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to properties of a folder
2. Go to customise page
3. Select browse
4. Select a .dll, .ico or .exe file
5. See Files crash or not load icons

I can't reproduce it. Are there any conditions?
Sorry, reproduced. It depends on which file was selected.

This should be added to the end of the icon list. I will fix the crash first.

I have changed it so that only icons of the selected file appear in the list like Explorer.
