Feature: Move "open with" to main menu when right clicking recent files

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

The recent files widget has an option to "open with" but it's in the overflow menu. Moving it to the main menu would improve the user experience and consistency between the layouts.

Requirements

• This proposal will display "open with" in the main menu when right clicking in the recent files widget
