Files is showing a double separator when opening the shell context menu for ordinary files

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select any file (not folder and not shortcut)
2. Right-click
3. Enter the show more options menu

Steps to fix

Remove double separator (I am just opening this issue to link it in the PR)
