Bug: Feedback drop down does the same as open log location

Description

These settings seem pointless, since they do what open log location does.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Files settings > about > Feedback > either link

Steps to fix

• Make it one option to open log folder and take the user to the choose page on GitHub issues
