@galargh Is CI for this repo broken? I noticed the plan failed in the same way for both this PR and BigLep's most recent change: #181

Hey @ianconsolata ! The plan was indeed broken. Thank you for the ping. I fixed it in e8b8fb2

As for the PR, we do intentionally disallow member removal through github-mgmt because it's a non-trivial operation to revert (it requires an email acceptance).

I now removed robertagora from the org. This is going to get reflected in the github-mgmt config on the next sync.
