Add fields to Storage Deal filter JSON

The JSON passed to the storage deal filter should include:

• A version field
• Information about the amount of storage space the provider has left
• Information about the amount of funds the storage provider has available

We should remove any potentially sensitive fields from the JSON, eg the Transfer.Params
