Register images adjacently over time without registering each image to the same image of the next time-point. #81
Description
I have two tilt series which each contain 57 images with the same tilt angle matching for each time point. This would be perfect to use with the stitcher, but when the second lap of registration takes place (eg. now with the next time point) the registration gets worse for no reason. Is there any parameters I can set to skip this second set of pairwise stitching? I also don't get good results when only using the first timepoint for all.
