Frequent disconnects/unmounts + ERROR 1450

I have a big clonezilla backup of 700Gb and I mounted it and trying to copy files from it. It frequently unmounts by itself during a copy. Sometimes I also had this error when I'm copying big files, see below

This happens both during Explorer copy and also via Robocopy copy in CMD:

Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

The error is the same. Are these related errors or no? Why the clonezilla-util unmounts when it shouldn't? Do you have any logs to troubleshoot why it unmounts?

Hi @Suncatcher,

I was able to reproduce it.

Insufficient system resources occurs when clonezilla-util does not respond fast enough with the requested file. This is because in the background it's trying to extract the requested file but since it's large it takes too long.

The solution is to use mount-as-image-files then use 7-Zip to open the image file. You can then extract the desired files.

Thanks, but try opening it with 7-Zip.
Windows likely can't mount the img file directly.

Actually, Windows can mount imgs, but not the ones generated by the clonezilla-util.
Ok, I tried the 7-Zip and it wasn't fully successful. I got thousands of very bad errors like Incorrect reparse stream : Unspecified error or Cannot open output file : The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect, errors that probably say about the files corruption, and that files were not successfully extracted, here is the full error log: https://pastebin.com/X69gbAXk
Also, img file was never able to fully extract, it was stuck on 99% and never completed
