Given https://github.com/fhui28/gamFactory now contains the fam_ztpoisson and fam_ztnbinom2 families, then this should allow zero-truncated Poisson and negative binomial responses to be more straightforwardly fitted in CBFM.
But I suspect we will need to load in my forked version of gamFactory to do this, which I am not the biggest fan of doing?
