只是初步实现了crop功能，对于事件的处理仍不够友好，目前需要在load事件中调用image.resize方法，然后才能捕捉到complete事 件，此时调用crop才能成功。

@2betop 提供下载的版本中的.swf文件会导致ie8下加载缓慢（但是11版本的flash插件体验会比24版本的好，加载稍快），替换@wanyaxing提交的.swf文件之后，加载速度明显加快 |
